Soil investigation and clarification of groundwater conditions

A new recycling plant is planned for the site. Ecosens AG investigated the geological and hydrogeological conditions by means of core drillings, SPT tests and pumping tests. A subsoil model with a detailed description of the geological layers was created. In addition, construction recommendations were given for the foundation and excavation pit design. In addition, pumping tests were evaluated to determine the permeability of the aquifer. As part of a material replacement concept, calculations were carried out to maintain the natural flow capacity of the subsoil.
