According to the "Leitbild Seebecken" from 2009, a new harbor facility is to be built in the Zurich-Tiefenbrunnen area with the aim of concentrating the boating facilities in the Tiefenbrunnen harbor and thus relieving the lake basin. A water sports center with harbor facilities is to be created. The construction project essentially comprises the construction of a new publicly accessible harbor facility with the necessary lake- and shore-side boat slips as well as the nautical infrastructure. The municipal public design plan "Marina Tiefenbrunnen" will be issued for the project area and an environmental impact assessment (EIA) will be carried out.
