Environmental Due Diligence Phase I and II as well as a compliance review of three portfolios of approx. 500 filling stations including tank farms and oil pipelines in Switzerland and the EU. Occasion: Determination of current and potential environmental investment and liability risks on behalf of SOCAR Energy Holdings AG.
Evaluation of a virtual data room consisting, among other things, of technical and approval documents as well as soil and groundwater investigation and remediation reports
Evaluation of existing public information sources
Carrying out site visits to verify the information in the data room
Verification of identified potential contaminated site risks through contaminated site investigations of suspected contaminated sites by means of pile-driving core soundings including soil and soil gas sampling (Phase II)
Risk assessment
Assessment of the environmental compliance of the operation and identification of current and potential environmental risks
Examination and evaluation of potential investment risks, risk quantification and cost estimation
