N01 Rynetel wildlife overpass

The AG6 wildlife corridor in the municipalities of Suhr and Gränichen is considered one of the most important in Switzerland. The Federal Roads Office FEDRO is therefore building a wildlife overpass over the N01. The project involves temporary clearing on both sides and the permanent rerouting of existing forest roads. The new wildlife overpass is intended to connect the foothills of the Alps with the southern foot of the Jura and possibly help to reintroduce the red deer to the Jura.
