Eco-district Plaines-du-Loup Lausanne

The Coopérative de l'habitat associatif (CODHA) intends to create the Plaines-du-Loup eco-district in Lausanne by 2034. The project will cover a total area of around 10,200m2  Housing and jobs for around 11,000 residents as well as sports facilities will be created.

The sustainable real estate complex has been certified with the Minergie-P-ECO and SméO labels. In order to obtain Minergie-ECO certification, measurements must be taken after completion of the construction work to check that the indoor air quality is perfect.

Ecosens AG was commissioned by tekhne SA on behalf of CODHA to carry out these indoor air measurements. In accordance with the product regulations, the mandatory measurements for volatile organic compounds (TVOC) and formaldehyde were carried out. Radon and carbon dioxide concentrations were also tested in various apartments.
