Un mode de construction efficace sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique ne peut donc \u00eatre atteint qu'avec une \u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air \u00e9lev\u00e9e de l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent. De plus, cela permet d'\u00e9viter les dommages au b\u00e2timent dus \u00e0 la formation de condensation ainsi que la p\u00e9n\u00e9tration de courants d'air, de bruit ou d'odeurs. La m\u00e9thode de mesure Blower-Door permet de v\u00e9rifier l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 de l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent.<\/p><p>Les constructions doivent \u00eatre exemptes de dommages, durables et aptes \u00e0 l'usage. La norme SIA 180 formule donc des exigences pour l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent ainsi que des valeurs limites et cibles pour l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air. Pour les b\u00e2timents construits selon le standard Minergie, des mesures d'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air sont recommand\u00e9es (Minergie\u00ae) ou obligatoires (Minergie-P\u00ae &amp; Minergie-A\u00ae) \u00e0 des fins d'assurance qualit\u00e9.<\/p><p>M\u00eame en cas de r\u00e9sultat de mesure positif (= valeur limite respect\u00e9e) concernant l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 g\u00e9n\u00e9rale de l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent, il faut proc\u00e9der \u00e0 un contr\u00f4le minutieux des fuites individuelles afin d'\u00e9viter d'\u00e9ventuels dommages (par ex. en raison de la formation d'eau de condensation) sur des \u00e9l\u00e9ments de construction critiques.<\/p><p>Outre l'\u00e9tanch\u00e9it\u00e9 \u00e0 l'air, la qualit\u00e9 de l'air ambiant doit \u00e9galement \u00eatre contr\u00f4l\u00e9e \u00e0 la fin de la construction pour les b\u00e2timents Minergie-ECO\u00ae (mesures de r\u00e9ception). En tant que centre de pr\u00e9l\u00e8vement certifi\u00e9 pour les mesures de l'air ambiant, nous pouvons vous proposer ces deux services d'un seul tenant.<\/p><p>Comment fonctionne la m\u00e9thode de mesure Blower Door ?<\/p><p>La m\u00e9thode de mesure Blower Door consiste \u00e0 d\u00e9terminer combien de fois le volume d'air d'un b\u00e2timent est \u00e9chang\u00e9 par heure pour une diff\u00e9rence de pression donn\u00e9e par rapport \u00e0 l'air ext\u00e9rieur. Pour \u00e9tablir la pression diff\u00e9rentielle (d\u00e9pression ou surpression), un ventilateur est install\u00e9 dans une ouverture du b\u00e2timent. La puissance du ventilateur est alors r\u00e9gl\u00e9e de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce qu'une diff\u00e9rence de pression d\u00e9finie s'\u00e9tablisse entre l'ext\u00e9rieur et l'int\u00e9rieur. Le d\u00e9bit d'air que le ventilateur doit fournir pour maintenir la pression correspond aux d\u00e9bits d'air passant par les fuites dans l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent. Le calcul permet de d\u00e9terminer ce que l'on appelle la courbe caract\u00e9ristique du d\u00e9bit d'air.<\/p><p>En mode d\u00e9pression, les fuites dans l'enveloppe du b\u00e2timent peuvent \u00eatre facilement identifi\u00e9es \u00e0 main nue, \u00e0 l'aide de tubes de fum\u00e9e ou par thermographie.
